Fully furnished apartment with a west-facing balcony. Living kitchen with satellite TV, radio, and sofa bed (sleeping accommodation for 2 people). Additionally, separate double bedroom with another sofa bed (sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people). Bathroom with shower/WC.
Equipment includes electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, sparkling water maker, kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils. Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as a hairdryer, are provided.

The prices stated are per day for two people.
For each additional person, an extra charge of €20.00 per day will apply.
Child discounts
- Children up to 3 years stay with us for free.
- A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Guest Pass
The Guest Pass provides you with unlimited access to public transportation throughout South Tyrol. Additionally, the card includes a diverse weekly program and attractive discounts.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning, as well as bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels, are included in the price.
Local Tax
A local tax of €2.40 per person per night is charged for individuals aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid on site.
Minimum Stay
- The listed prices apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- For short stays of less than 3 nights, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge.

Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of €150.00 per holiday apartment and week to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Check-in / Check-out
- On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 15:00.
- Subject to prior agreement, an earlier check-in to your holiday apartment is possible – however, we kindly ask for your understanding as this cannot be guaranteed.
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 09:00.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the apartments.
Payment Options
We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of €4,999.99 (according to Italian law), as well as by bank transfer in advance.
Parking
Ample outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the farm.
Bike and ski storage room
A dedicated storage room is available to conveniently and securely store your bikes, skis, or pushchairs.
Pets
Out of consideration for our guests with allergies, pets are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
Non-smoking Apartments
Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Smoking is permitted on the balconies, terraces and in outdoor areas.
